We all have are bad times (weekends for me). Bounce back and keep pushing! You'll get this!0

You're never going to be perfect everyday...this is a lifestyle change not a diet, so you're bound to have occasions where you want to eat more, or you just do for no reason at all. Dust yourself off, and get back on the horse....tomorrow is a new day.0

I'm sorry you're feeling so badly. I think it's great you've got an appointment with a PT tomorrow!! Hopefully he/she will be able to help motivate you and give you a routine you can get into!
You've made a great decision!!0 -

Get back on the horse; unless you ate him too Your doing great by still being here and I am sure the PT will get you back on track.0

As I saw on 'The last 10 Pounds'
'You didn't gain the weight overnight - You won't lose it overnight'
Patience, Vent all you want...Just get back into the Game...and refocus on your goals...
You will find a way to achieve your goals... :laugh:0 -
Forget dieting. If you're anything like me, dieting will not work for you. It will make you frustrated and lead you right back where you started. You CAN do this, but you have to do it your way and finding your way may be a struggle, but the good news is that once you do find a way you can LIVE and lose weight, you will never gain it back. I used to think only 55lbs in over a year would be a failure in my past dieting because I "deserved" more than that for my effort. Well to tell you the truth, I'm still working at it very hard, but I'm only doing it in a way that I can live with. That is how it will be forever. I wish you the best of luck!0

Yes, it is frustrating but it's it is part of the learning process. You are completely changing yourself to a new healthy way of eating... just remember that. You can do it. We all have been there. Just keep pressing on. : )0

we all have fallen off the wagon, you get right back on. No excuses.0

I worked with a nutritionist for 3 months and failed for all three with my ups and downs. And failed for another month after I was done. I still fail sometimes (usually in spurts of 3 days or so) but I succeed a little more now and am getting somewhere for sure! Stick with it, learn from your mistakes. We didn't become unhealthy quickly this is a process!0
