Any carb cyclers out there feel free to send me a friend request, i'm gonna start tomorrow hopefully. I know its more advanced and tough so i'm going to need all the help and motivation on those low carb days. Thank ya

    I sort of do this - it's a cyclical ketogenic diet

    Mon - Fri: 30g of carbs
    Sat - 400-500g
    Sun- Fast all day.
