If you've tried it, do you know what type of calorie burn I should expect doing 2 of the workouts per day, average?

I just did my first day's worth of workouts (Core Cardio/ Upper Body) under Accelerated Results & afterwards, I feel pretty good... Just wondering what your experience has been from this workout program?

    I luv 10 minute trainer Tony horton is great. When i do cardio i burn upto 200 cal but if i do upper body n abs i burn less cal but i guess i am burning fat :happy:

    I did it for 2 weeks n i did find a good diff, in m yabs but should stopped in bet'n

    Anyways Good luck and it works your butt off
