I'd like to get a really good book on healthy eating - I"ve read/heard that certain foods paired together make great nutritional sense (I'm not talking about what "goes" together for a Thanksgiving meal, but more like what foods have a positive 'chemical' reaction to burn more calories or have greater health benefits). I'm not really sure which sources to trust. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Thanks for all of the suggestions! When I was at my daughter's dr appt today, her pediatrician recommended The Kind Diet, too.0
