measure after work out?

Tomorrow is my measuring day and I know I am going to work out as well. Probably do two work outs since I am not doing anything today. (lack of motivation).
Should I measure before I work out like first thing in the morning or should I do it after the workout? Or does it not really matter.

I usally do weigh in and measurements before I do anything right in the morning.0
