Favorite workout video available on Netflix instant?

Pretty much what the title says ... we have Netflix for the household and I'd like to start using some of the streaming videos available, but I'm curious what people here have used and liked.

Whatever I do has to be easy on the knees - no squats or lunges for now. :frown:

When my knees are killing me, I do one of the pilate workouts from Netflix.

I tried 10 Minute Solution: Target Toning for Beginners by Cindy Whitmarsh (http://movies.netflix.com/WiMovie/10_Minute_Solution_Target_Toning_for_Beginners/70008391?trkid=496624#height1428)
on Saturday and it wasn't bad! Only thing is you can't navigate the dvd menu to pick which 10 min workouts you wanted to do. I had to fast forward past the ones I wasn't doing.

My favorites so far have been any of the ones put out by SELF magazine. I tried a few other ones and just couldn't get into them.

I like that too. "Your Best Butt, Fast" is a really good one. I also looove Candelight Yoga by Sarah Ivanhoe. It's just relaxing stretches.
