Can you workout 2 sessions in one day? Like burn 300 calories and then later do more exercise? Is this healthy do?

    yup i used to do that somtime ago... early morning cardio/aerobics and evening pilates/calisthenics.. wawo.. i miss those days after moving to the UK its used to me so gr8 .. but don't withdraw urself from it after you have achieved your target wgt.. try continuing it
