Moving calories burned

Does anybody know how many calories you burn while packing and moving boxes? I am moving and I have spent most of my time doing this. Thanks!

There's a workout for carrying household items. That's what I used when I moved.

222 calories packing and unpacking boxes;
381 calories moving furniture;
191 calories moving household items; and
572 calories moving boxes/furniture up stairs.

Now, how do I add them to the list to choose from. Thanks.
