I need to get my butt in gear, I have been on and off for like a month now. I haven't gained anything back so that's good I guess. But I need to not do that again!!!!!!

    We believe you can do it! Start slow and work your way up to long and harder workouts and watch your intake and you will see improvement! Good Luck!

    yeah i have the problem where if i take a day off....i feel like two and then two turns into three, and so on......

    but once i am in my groove, i am in it. it's nice. and its sooooo hard to get back in

    I find that purging my kitchen helps a lot. Get a trash bag, and don't think about it... throw away anything that is stifiling your progress... then look up some tasty healthy recipes and make a shopping list. this makes shopping exciting!

    dont forget to eat a good meal and exercise before shopping tho! this will make it easier to shop for healthy things!
