I need to get my butt in gear, I have been on and off for like a month now. I haven't gained anything back so that's good I guess. But I need to not do that again!!!!!!

yeah i have the problem where if i take a day off....i feel like two and then two turns into three, and so on......
but once i am in my groove, i am in it. it's nice. and its sooooo hard to get back in0 -
I find that purging my kitchen helps a lot. Get a trash bag, and don't think about it... throw away anything that is stifiling your progress... then look up some tasty healthy recipes and make a shopping list. this makes shopping exciting!
dont forget to eat a good meal and exercise before shopping tho! this will make it easier to shop for healthy things!0 -
