30 DS-after you complete it then what?

I know there are a million posts about the 30 DS, but I don't feel like digging through them. After you do the whole program can you just keep doing level 3 (for maintenance)? I've only done 6 days of level 1 so far. I'm just wondering if once you complete all 3 levels if continuing with level 3 is enough or do you have to move on to something more challenging? TIA.

    I kept doing it. I just alternated the days in with other workouts that I had. If any of the moves seem too easy up your weights. I did mine for about a year but have just recently graduated to Ripped in 30. It's a little more advanced and longer than Shred.

  • I would do something else for 300-60 days...maybe Insanity... that's my plan...Insanity for 60...30 day shred..back to Insanity... then maybe Billy Blanks....
