30 Day Shred

I keep seeing so much about it? I'm in the UK, where's best to get it? How hard is it...bearing in mind i still weigh 260!

    I got mine on Amazon.com or you can get them at Wal-Mart..they run about 9.00 a peice..and well worth it :)

    You can order it online from Amazon quite easily. Anyone can do it. It's not easy, in fact it's quite an intense workout, but it can be done by people at all levels of fitness.
  • I started it yesterday...I only got through 10 minutes of it... I had heard alot about it and wanted to try it out...Im gonna try to add minutes to it everyday until I can get though the whole thing...I really like it because the part that I saw included a lot of things I already do for my own homemade, made up aerobics...Squats, leg lifts, pushups, jumping jacks etc...

    I'm sure you can order it online. Here in Canada I found it for $12 in Walmart, so you could try a department store as well. I just started it and I am 216 lbs. I recommend a good sports bra since there is a lot of jumping jacks and running on the spot. Doesn't matter how much you weigh, you can do. Start slow and work your way up. Just because it says "30 days" doesn't mean you have to do it in 30 days. If it takes you 40, 50 or 60, doesn't matter as long as you are doing it. Good Luck!

    Well, from my understanding you may purchase it from amazon.com. I not familiar with the UK but you may look in a department store or somewhere they sell workout video's. I would say that it is worth it and you can start slow and work your way up. There are modification for beginners in the video. I alternate between 3 and 5 pound weights. I hope this is helpful. Enjoy the workout.

    I am on day 2 level 1. It definitely gives you a workout in a short period of time. It isn't so difficult that I wouldn't recommend it. It's a challenge and targets muscles. There are 2 girls workign with Jillian. 1 does a lower intensity on most exercises and the other does the hight intensity. I follow her most of the time but still ahve to do "girly push ups" for my second set of those. I use 3 lb hand weights and am getting quite the burn. I like ti and am trying to get my husband to join in with me.

    The 30 day shred is a workout video by Jillian Micheals, one of the personal trainers from the Biggest Loser. It's a 20 minute workout that has three levels. It's a great workout for both beginners and advanced. I was sweating the whole time!
    I have heard and seen some great results from people who have stuck with it for 30 days. I am on day 4 of the 30 day shred! :)

    Started it Friday and am down 1.6 pounds already. Some is probably water weight and stuff but it is a great workout. Really tough though!
