Ok I've been struggling for soooo long now. I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who can really commit to being my buddy-message me daily to make sure I'm on track and I'll do the same for you. Although group support is great, I'd like to have someone to really check in on me everyday and chew me out if I haven't done well. I just cannot seem to get back on track. I'm becoming a total wreck! It would also be great to find someone with similar problems...I have about 80 more pounds to lose and I'm somewhat of a food addict. I struggle getting my big bum to exercise because I can be pretty lazy and I have an almost 3 year old that doesn't nap anymore! I'm also an MFP addict and can be on here quite a bit. Anyway if anyone would like to do this, let me know and I'll add you as a friend so we can get started with this!! I have only 2 weeks until I go back to work and I need to at least lose the weight I've put on this past couple of weeks-and then continue on until my 80 lbs are gone.

I know I shouldn't be posting other boards here, but it will help you.

Find yourself a coach and there are plenty of good ones that will keep track of you. I have one, actually 2, that I am in daily contact with. IT helps with the motivation.
Also you might want to look into joining www.teambeachbody.com, it is worth it. No matter what program, you can log in and workout with others. It is a great asset for motivation.

I am not sure I am the best buddy since my weightloss seems to be at a stand still again. But I could definately use someone to help kick me in the butt as well if you are up to it.0
