Hi all - can someone please tell me how you log exercise from a workout video? How do you know how many calories you burned? Thanks!

The only way to accurately know is by a HRM. Otherwise, you'll need to enter it as Aerobics or something.0

Click on the Exercise tab, then add exercise. You can search for whatever type it was (aerobic, step aerobics, strength training, kickboxing, etc). Then enter the time spent and it will calculate the calorie burn for you.
That is the MFP way but a heart rate monitor is your best bet.0 -
i do the p90x workouts and i use a Polar FT7 heart rate monitor to track my calories burned. like the previous comment said: heart rate monitors are the only way to accurately know.0
