problem area exercise advice

Hi there, I am looking for some exercise of the bit on the side of my torso under my arm (not the arm). The bit where the bra strap is, the side of the bust area. I do chest presses and flys and have noticed my bust tightening but I still have this unsightly 'overhang' over the top of my bra strap round the side of my body! I hope you know where I am on about and can help!!!

I have noticed that mine has really decreased because of the cardio and fat burning. I know that the weight traing really helps, but the fat burning exercises will too
