High Protein Cottage Cheese Fruit Whip

This is for all of you who don't like the texture of cottage cheese but love the protein benefits.

1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese (Daisy 2% has lowest sodium that I've found)
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1 packet Truvia
100 g of strawberries - Fresh or frozen fruit: strawberries, peaches, cherries - whatever you prefer

Use a stick blender (I love my Cuisinart Immersion blender) to whip until creamy.

Calories: 262
Carbs: 21
Protein: 41

    That sounds awesome. I might just have to try that. I might omit the artificial sweetener though.
