I work there! But believe it or not....that's how I lost the weight I did! I ate the lo-cal platters religiously. But of course you get tired of the same ole same ole so I would treat myself to a grill chx hani. I also eat the soup and cottage cheese. Keeps me regular lol. But, when I'm not at work...I seem to be kind of....lacking in healthy choices. I don't really know what to eat! Especially if I need to get something quick. But subway and jimmy johns are getting old. Mcdonalds nuggets are costantly calling my name....any suggestions?
