I go over on sugar all of the time because of fruit but the way I look at it is that im either eating lots of fruit or im eating a whole tub of sour keys or nibs!!! I think the first is better! This is just my own opinion for myself. I know if I dont eat the fruit I have much else I wanna snack on besides junk.

I don't track sugars because I know my 2 or 3 pieces of fruit a day would put me over and I don't see it as a big concern.

Fruit has fructose( the good sugar), not sucrose( the bad sugar).
Fruit is okay since it's natural.
It's the fake sugar you want to avoid like cookies, candy, cake,...
And never eat high frutose corn syrup

Please try a different selection for ORANGE in the database. That one is misleading.

I agree! Watch refined sugars and foods with added sugars; especially low fat foods--they often have added sugars to make up for the flavor lost with the reduction of fat. Stick with all natural, minimally-processed foods.

OMG! You couldn't be any more wrong! Fructose is 1 of the mono-saccharides in sucrose (The other being glucose) Fruits have varying amounts of sucrose in them naturally. Fructose is far from a "good sugar". It can't be used by most of the bodies cells and ends up being metabolized primarily in the liver. I am not going to elaborate further, as this has been pointed put several times before.
