I finally reached my goal of 170.00lbs. 5-10,
Trouble is I lost a lot of weight of my face and now some friends are asking if I am sick.
I am working out trying to get back some muscle, and I recently joined a Bike club, I did not realize I could burn so many calories riding a bike long distance. I did 63km about 41miles.
My wife thinks I am skinny, I say slim. She thinks that I think I see my self a still being over weight.
anyway at least I am happy with my results.

It's been a while since I reported in.
Since my last post I have lost another 15lbs to a total of 85lbs, my current weight is 155lbs.
I have gone from a 40" pants to a 28". I have been bike riding all last summer and took up kayaking too.
For the winter months I have joined up with a Triathlon Club for some winter training, not that I am fit to don one any time soon. But it is great, I have put some muscle back on and added an extra 5lbs off. The nutrition is now my stumbling block and coming back here to record my meals to see what my consumption of Calcium, Potassium is on a daily basis. I am trying to figure out if I have a deficit in my diet that is causing leg muscle cramps.
I am very happy with my results over the last couple of years, I has given me some freedoms to do activities that I never dreamed I could.
From a gaming couch potato to an Athlete that Runs, Swims, Kayak, and Bike ride.
I feel great. Except for the 50year old body aches.0
