Hello everyone,

I'm not a stranger to exercise and diet, but it's been a long time since I've had a solid routine. I love that lifestyle, and have decided to get back into it before visiting my friends and family back home for the first time in 2 years.

I am looking to have a fit, toned shape and have a high level of endurance. I am 5'8" with an athletic/hourglass shape. If anyone can fill me in on some exercise routines that have worked for them along with any good recipes, I'd love to hear them.
