OK I have a Question! So when I finished eating My salad this evening I noticed all the leftover salad dressing in the bowl (around the edges etc..) so I took a rubber spatula and scraped it all together, then measured it and it was a whole teaspoon..I took it off of my Salad Dressing count...Do you think that is ok????
I figure if it's in the bowl and not in my stomach why count it?...... LOL

I think its ok to do ... I personally wouldn't bother, because there aren't a ton of calories in a teaspoon of dressing. That being said, when I had alfredo sauce earlier I had the same thought, but didn't do it.0

Yep...you are logging as correct as possible. Way to go. Try less next time and see how you do. WTG!!0

Hi - what I've found to be really helpful, is to have the dressing in a little cup on the side. Then I just dip my lettuce and veggies into it. You're more in control of the amount you use - and when I see the level getting low, I cut back on it and try to leave some. You're absolutely right - if it's not in your tummy - don't count it!0
