I just went thru my first weekend and I felt it was a complete disaster. Especially friday and saturday. I definitely ate too much and regretted it both days. All week, I worked hard and stayed within my limits and then the weekend arrives - dinner plus birthday for a friend, completely threw me off. I was lucky in one sense because i managed to work out all week, so I didnt feel too bad, but are all weekends like this???

I was wondering what my body must have been thinking....friday dinner (cheat meal@ red lobster), saturday dinner (friend's birthday party arranged by her family)..didnt have a choice in food. :explode:

But tomorrow is a new day, the start of a new week. Hurray!!
You have a clean slate, and a new chance to meet your goals.

BTW, is your picture crater lake? Love it.

    to answer your question:
My weekends are not like that but only because we work on home repairs/fix ups on weekends. You'll get the hang of planning ahead or eating small portions. There will be good days and less good days like every other area in your life. It's ok.

I receive a blessing article to my phone Saturday morning giving me some tips for the weekends and they did work!!!!!!. I went for fruits( a lot of them), And cooked my lunch for saturday( and actually froze some of it so I have lunch for 2 more days now). I also got my breakfast within an hour of getting out of bed and ran a little bit more... I lost 1 pound this weekend!
We need to review that next Friday!

It will get better in time. But remember even when you don't have a choice of what is served you do have a choice in how much you eat. Everything in moderation... you'll do better next weekend:flowerforyou:
