I just started the 30 day shred. How long am I supposed to do each level? Just until it gets too easy or am I supposed to do each level for 10 days? I'd appreciate any feedback!

    It's mostly about when you feel you are ready for level 2. If you want to get through all 3 levels in 30 days, then you want to move after day 10. You can always try level 2 after 10 days and if it's too hard, you can move back down.
