I have a great recipe for a fruit smoothie
Quick and easy only about 128 calories in 12 oz.:flowerforyou:

I take
1 cup of crushed ice
1 cup of water
6 strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 navel orange juice
1 scoop of protien powder
1 powder of acai (no sugar)

In the Blender add everything together and blend on High

And then enjoy:flowerforyou:
