Funny, my boss said a journal would help with my decision to get into shape and then my niece send me this website name! Im not very good at tracking but im giving this my all and am doing this.
Smaller portions, healthy foods, no sodas, no fast food, no beer, working out regularly (either at home or gym).
Ive been doing this on my own for 1 month and have lost 5 lbs......ready to lose more!!

    You two can do it! The tracking gets easier as you go along. For me, it becomes a bit addictive! Haha! I love getting on to log my foods! All the info of the numbers is powerful! :) Good luck!

    I have to agree it's become a game for me...the tracking of everything!

    You two have got this, trust me.... especially if you have a smart phone or itouch. The app for the phone is amazing and before you know it you might even find yourself logging foods in the resturants to make the best choices. Good luck on your journey and feel free to add me for support!
