Struggling to get ready for our wedding

I was 11st as a teenager and since my 15th birthday I have been on a diet, struggling to get to a weight I am happy with. I work out 6 times a week, and sure I have the odd off day / week and yet having finally reached 55.2KG, I visited my family this weekend just gone and appear to have gained 2KGs and now feel like I have left myself down.

I am getting married in 5 months time and am desperate to put on my dress and finally shed the fat kid in the sports class image but really worried it is not happening. I wonder if anyone has any thoughts / advice on how to shed those last 7KG - I am desperate to be 50KG by my wedding day.

Any help would be awesome,

Thanks
V

Some weight will drop off you before the wedding without you even thinging about it, with all the running around getting ready. I dropped half a stone in the last week before mine, and I didn't want to - my dress had been fitted and so was nearly falling off on the day.

The lady in the bridal shop told me every bride loses before the big day.

Keep at it, you'll get there, hope you have a lovely day.

Try not to put to much pressure on your self sometimes when your stressing yourself out this makes you gain weight or stay the same with no loss,

I lost 6 stone before my weddin an even tho i was happy with how my dress looked i always thought i could have done better i used to diet from mon to friday an excersise alot then not binge of a weekend but have somethin as a treat it helped me stick to my diet longer coz i wasnt to strict u still have to have a life too.

Try changin your foods round and your routine if you feel you have come to a stop.

Dont be to hard on your self, Add me if you want

    Thanks for all the replies.

Charli666, I am 1m 62cm. I am not overweight nor do I have a lot to lose but it is the last 7KG that does not want to shift!
