Not too sure where abouts this topic should go. But how many of you have asthma? I do and i struggle with exercise a lot, how many of you suffer? and do you find it gets easier?

I was diagnosed with "exercise-induced asthma". This was back when I sat around and played video games 24/7.
Once I got off my *kitten*, it got better. However, it was mostly weightlifting, and very little cardio.
Once I started running, I would expel gunk for a few days after running. That lasted a month, maybe two. Now I'd say I'm "cured" ;-)
Looking back, in my case, my body responded poorly to exercise because it was foreign to it. :-)0
