So I'm not new, I did this diet plan all last summer and lost 12 pounds but now I'm back at college and as much as I've been trying to diet it's been really hard. I'm a music major(classical singing) and with all of my rehearsals and my 20 credit semesters I don't have time to go to a gym so this site is all I have to motivate me. Oh and did I mention I do all of the food shopping myself to try and keep away from the tempting dining hall. I think I just need support and more friends so that I can see what they are doing and how to be successful, so a friend request would be much appreciated. =]

Im kinda like you, not new at this but it takes some work. Do yourself a favor and reward yourself for the way you want to look. What I mean is, go buy something that doesn't fit now but will if you keep to your diet. Make sure it is something that you really want or want look good in, it usually helps.
College is tough, try to stay away from liquid calories if possible.
