are you drinking a minimum of 8-8oz cups of water a day? I noticed once I started doing that the weight started coming off quickly.0

Don't get yourself down about it. Are you working out ? Are you drinking enough water or green tea ?0

Are you eating enough?
You should eat your calories from exersise back! on days i know i'm going to the gym, i log my exersie in the morning , then have bigger meals those days!

This is just a part of it! please read the link above
Generally someone with a BMI over 32 can do a 1000 calorie a day (2 lbs a week) deficit
With a BMI of 30 to 32 a deficit of 750 calories is generally correct (about 1.5 lbs a week)
With a BMI of 28 to 30 a deficit of 500 calories is about right (about 1 lb a week)
With a BMI of 26 to 28 a deficit of about 300 calories is perfect (about 1/2 lb a week)
and below 26... well this is where we get fuzzy. See now you're no longer talking about being overweight, so while it's still ok to have a small deficit, you really should shift your focus more towards muscle tone, and reducing fat. This means is EXTRA important to eat your exercise calories as your body needs to KNOW it's ok to burn fat stores, and the only way it will know is if you keep giving it the calories it needs to not enter the famine response (starvation mode)
Good luck on your journey0 -
I'm drinking about 40oz of water a day and I'm logging everything I eat. I'm working out but not everyday. I'm going to do it for another week and see what the results are. I weighed less before I started dieting I don't under stand!
But I'm not going to give up I have to get this weight off!

Learning crave to this!!!!! relax give your body a break. we took all the time in the world to put weight on. we didn''t gain a pound everytime we over ate by 3500 ca!!!!l some weeks I'm sure I did that 3 times a week. So relax it's not a race!!! if it comes off to fast and you don't learn a new way of eating and exerciseing it will go back on just as fast, when you stop your diet . Read the posts and take your time and maybe just maybe it will work forever instead of just this time. Best of Luck0

I would give it a month, log everything, drink pleanty of water and eat your excercise calories back.
Your body will take time to adjust to new things, but i would advise to take all over body measurements and record your body fat % too becuase its not only the numbers on the scale that count.
We're all here to help. Maybe open your diary for people to look over. Have you included the sugar option on your food diary?0
