This year I have worked very hard and lost 20lbs. The last couple of months have been very slow and my weight loss has seem to come to a halt. It seems like it started to slow down when I started exercising. Does that make any sense? I started walking 1 mile everyday for the past 2 months and the little peg on my scales seems to be stuck? HELP!

often the body adjusts to our activity levels over time change up your routine...mix your walking with stints of power walking...I found when I was alking daily that my weight got stuck and needed a change to assist it to move!
Good luck and don't be discouraged look at how far you have come and hold onto that xxx0
