Hello everyone, I joined less than a week ago and I love this site. I truly enjoy being able to keep track of my food and calorie intake, years ago I did weight watchers and journaling the foods made a huge difference in my weight loss. I look forward to getting to know more people, hopefully in the Southwest Miami area, I truly enjoy group fitness classes. I am doing a boot camp class twice per week and I absolutely love it! I look forward to any encouragement as it always needed!

    I'm 5 days in as well (okay, this is my 2nd time around but the first time I wasn't serious) and I adore this website. Having the support and encouragement helps so much! Keep up the good work pretty lady!

    Hi miami_mimi, welcome to the site!

    Looks like we have similar goals, our weight is roughly the same and I hope to get down to 140pds too! Hopefully we can both reach our goals! I joined myfitnesspal last September but I haven’t really giving it my all. I am 100% committed now and really really want to make it this time. Here’s to wishing us both success! :smile:

    We must keep each other motivated! Today wad a long day n we had to do a drive thru run! It felt like I was cheating myself out! On the other hand I ordered everything in tiny small sizes! I gotta keep reminding myself that there are gonna be plenty of days like that n I gotta make the best of it :)

    I'm from the UK so much much colder than Miami you lucky thing!!

    This website helped me lose a load of weight in a healthy way...something I have never been able to do before!
