HELP!! ADVISE P90X

I am doing P90X. Still stuck at the same weight. It has been 6 weeks since any weight loss. I did doubles at first but do not think I was eating enough calories for that so I quit doubles, started a food journal and increased my calories.. Nothing. Then I added more calories to no avail. Now I am doing doubles again I am eating about 2000 calories a day. I eat fresh fruits and veggies.. I do have an occasional bad day but for the most part I am sticking with it all. I just do not know what to do. I am losing inches and I am stoked about that but shouldn't the weight come down any? MY husband says we can not afford Shakeology for meal replacement.

    This is gonna suck to hear because you're frustrated, but.....if you're losing inches and the scale's not budging that most likely means you are gaining muscle--which is awesome. I wish I could tell you more, but I'm no guru on the subject :( The only thing I can say is to just hang in there. Maybe switch up your workouts? It's frustrating to see your pant size move but not your scale, but in the grand scheme of things you're changing your life and your body and that's worth more than any number. Keep up the great work!

    Read this. Stick with it. Follow the P90X nutrition plan. You will get results, for real. :-)
