I've been over weight for around 8 years now and tried WW and Slimming world but as usual I would lose a couple of stone then stop going!! And put what I lost and more back on.
I joined My Fitness Pal on 25th Jan 2010 and I started exercising on 25th Mar 2010. So far I have lost 84lbs and I'm at my target of 10Stone but would love to lose another 7lb :wink:
I love the person I have now become, I would never of dreamed of becoming a runner. I completed my first half marathon on 20th March this year in a respectable time of 2hrs 15mins which I am very pleased with.

It's amazing that you can do this by yourself!!! I would never of thought I would have the will power to be able to do this.
