I guess I don't know how to do all of this. When I list the food I've eaten, am I also to know what the calories, protein, fat, etc all are, or does your computer automatically figures it all in? I guess I don't know the rules for this program.

If the foods are already in the database, the program will know the amount of calories fats, proteins etc are included in each item. If they are not included, you can do so by adding foods that are listed, the button for that is on the side of where you type in the foods.
