I didn't realize how much i had changed with just 7.8lbs lost, until I saw this picture in my husband's office yesterday! I took a pic this morning to show the comparison. I'm wearing the same fleece jacket. This made me happy

Thank you for posting.. is the same as me i have lost like 10 lb in the last 5 months but my body looks like 30 lb lost.. is amazing how muscle changes the shape of you body. Pictures are what make the different. Keep the good work0
