Has anyone changed their goal weight since starting?

I have actually added another 5lbs 'loss' to my final goal weight.
My new goal weight was my weight when I was at my healthiest (and happiest) but I never dreamed I could get back there when I first signed up here.
I got within 5lbs of my initial target so have decided to go that little bit further.
I am very short and am of course staying within a healthy weight range for my height.
I guess I was just too scared of faliure to begin with that I overestimated my 'goal' by a few lbs :-(

I lowered mine and only lost about 30 calories. Don't worry, just keep pushing. Anything extra is bonus!0

yep I changed mine after I had a body composition done and he said that I should lower my goal by 3 lbs for my size etc...So I said sure what's 3 more. LOL. Scale hasn't moved since that day 2 mo. ago. LOL. Inches comeing off.....0

Yes I raised mine! LOL. Instead of 115 lbs I changed mine to 120 lbs. I will re-evaluate when I get closer to my goal. As long as I'm fit, healthy, and feel confident with my body then I know when to stop or maintain.0

I have a 10lbs range for my goal0

I lowered mine by 5lbs although I'm going to see how I feel at 140lbs and re-evaluate.
As I'm getting closer to goal I have decreased the amount of weight I want to lose each week to 0.5lbs. Not sure how it's working at the mo, so may reduce my intake back to 1200 soon as I'm currently set at just over 1300 cals.

I haven't changed mine...but wanted to comment that you are doing great. Keep up the good work.0

I lowered mine, goal was 220, now its 180.0

Yes I did. My first goal was to be within a BMI of 25. Which I reached easy-ish, so I decided to keep going until it's 23.
What happens when I reach that, I don't know. I reckon I'm done then, but you never know.0 -
I raised mine. I thought 120 was possible, but now that I figure I have around 105-110 pounds of muscle/bones/organs/skin/hair, 120 is clearly off the table. Even 130 might be too low. Since I can't seem to get below 140 anyways, maybe that's where I'm supposed to stay.0

I first lowered mine from 135 to 130, but now my goal is 128ish. I feel like I still have a lot of cushion at 138, so I think another 10 gone will help.0

I will probably lower mine. My goal now is 145#, but healthy BMI for my height is 141#, so I'll re-evaluate when I get to 145. I'm pretty muscular / big boned, so we'll see.0
