STRESS

Options
So, since I've started watching what foods I eat... I've been feeling more easily stressed. Could this be a direct result from hunger? My body getting used to dealing with less calories and fats? It kind of feels like the easy aggravation or stress you feel when you don't get enough sleep. Do you know what I mean? But I am sleeping well. I can handle the stress ok, it comes and goes.

It is frustrating how little things are getting to me so much more lately. It makes me want to say "screw it" and quit worrying about my calories and just eat what I want. I guess I am a little bit of a "stress eater". Never realized this before... this is the longest and most determined I've been about changing my eating habits, and I can tell its still a long journey ahead of me. Which stresses me out even more!

Any tips?
