    For a great snack or addition to lunch, I recommend, "Green Giant, Valley Fresh Steamers: Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower and Cheese Sauce." It's in the frozen food section. The whole bag has 3 servings of 45 cals., 1g unsaturated fat, each. I eat the whole bag for 135cals. It fills a bowl and has a light satisfying cheese sauce. This is replacing a bag of chips for me!

    for breakfast I usually add 0% Oikos Greek yogurt plain with that .

    -3/4 c puffed rice cereal
    -1/2 tsp of flax seed

    Pretty satisfying if you ask me
