Good afternoon,
I am trying this app as I would like to lose 35-40 pounds but I am confused. The days I dont work out I am only to eat 1200 calories and the days that I exercise am I supposed to eat back the calories burned? I usually workout 5 times a week including cycling, zumba, bootcamp, running, walking, eliptical trainer, etc. I really want to understand how this program works so I can ge the most out of this and become a healthier and new me:). I am looking to you for advise. Please help.
Thanks

You have to eat the calories back because your body needs so many calories a day to function. If you dont consume enough or you burn calories and leave your body with less than 1200 calories a day to function off of your body will go into starvation mode which will just make weight loss harder for you.0
