Chocolate Souffle for only 206 cals, girls you must read!

I can't believe I found this! I LOVE chocolate souffle's, but haven't had one for a while due to the fat and cals. I found this while desperately trying to find a low cal one today, and I am going to make tonight!

It is from cooking light and I about died when I saw how low the calories are. You get your own individual cake and it is only 206 calories! Ok, I can so do this diet now. I will let you all know how this tastes! (I will be enjoying my chocolate decadence after the kids are in bed and I am cuddling in bed with my hubby watching tv)

There are a couple of chocolate souffles in the recipe area I posted a couple of days ago..they are both under 200 cals and are from Cooking Light as well! I LOVE that magazine!!!
