So what is the big difference between all of the Polar 4,6,7? I have done research this morning and cannot find a clear difference!0

The HRM estimates calories burned based on heart rate percent of your max heart rate. They are pretty accurate for sustained aerobic exercise periods but most are really not very accurate enough in estimating day to day activity to be useful. Better off to estimate your basal metabolic rate and the additional factor for your routine activity then use the HRM for your exercise. calorie burn estimate.0
