I set my activity level as "lightly active" because I'm a busy medical assistant in a clinic so I'm walking around getting things and patients 75% of my day. I recently got a pedometer to see how many steps I'm taking in a day.... but now I'm wondering how active does MFP consider "lightly active"? By the end of my average workday I average 7000-8000 steps- I know how to use the calculators to convert this to calories burned but now I'm debating whether I should actually enter it as exercise? Opinions?
