Day 4. I use 3 lb. weights too. I think I have wimpy arms. The arm exercises are the hardest for me. Does anyone feel it gets easier as it goes? I'm wondering if my muscles are stiff in the beginning. Has anyone tried walking for 20 min. before starting?0

I am doing the "Walk away the Pounds" 2 mile walk 5 days a week as well. Its 30 mins long. And I love just love that dvd. It has 3 workouts on it....a 1 mile walk for 18 mins, a 2 mile walk for 30 mins, and a 3 mile walk for 46 mins. But it isn't just walking...its like aerobics...kinda.0

If you started last Tuesday (the day I started), then today is Day 7 of Level 1. How is everyone feeling? Hope its getting easier for you everyday!
If you want me to track your progress, please message me your start weight and measurements. Then, we can weigh-in each week on Monday evening or Tuesday morning (depending on the time of day you typically weigh yourself). And do measurements at the end of the 30 days.

Today will be day 7 level 1 for me! I am actually looking forward to it...kinda! LOL!:laugh:
Oh and I'm using 5lb weights and I burn about 260 calories according to my HRM. I'm 5'6" and about 172 lbs...just for reference for anybody with my stats if they want to know theie calorie burn.0 -

Well, honestly I'd love to use 3lb weights but I only have 5lb and 8lb weights!
Gosh, tell me what the hardest part you think is. I struggle with arm stuff and the part I hate is the last side lunge part when you raise your arms out in front over and over. Ahhhh!0 -

That part is difficult for me too! And I still have to do most of my push-ups on my knees0 -
Today was day 2 level 2 for me.... and I'm sore all over again! Damn it! Although, it's mostly just my legs until we pick the weights up. lol I'm hanging in there and going strong... doing what I can advanced, but those squat thrusts and plank jacks? There's no way.... I gotta do beginner on those bad boys. How is everyone else coping? Do we have weigh in results at all? Happy Shredding!!!0

**The weekly weigh-in is on Tuesday, April 19. The next one is on Tuesday, April 26. And then the final weigh-in after completing 30 days is on Thursday, May 5.
If anyone else would like me to track your progress, please send me your starting weight and a weigh-in at approx the one week mark.
I am also tracking begining measurements and ending measurements. Provide whatever measurements you want to track...waist, hips, thighs, arms, etc.

Day three and it's getting easier! I could do the 'high kicks' today in the warm up without screaming or wanting to cry because my legs hurt... lol... It's all good! How is everyone else doing?0

Well, I had asked the same question and someone said to just put it under circuit training general, so that's what i'm doing. I will say that the amt of calories it say you've burned is bogus because it feels like you're burning waaaaayyyy more than that. Especially once in level 2 and 3.
And, thanks for the congratulatory wishes! Tonight will be my first night in level 3....I previewed it last night. All I gotta say is O M flippin' G !!!!!!! LOL!
Oh no!! My sister and I are on day 18 today...second level, so far so good but I've been a little worried about getting to level 3! I didn't preview it ...I thought I might get scared! How do you like those chair squats with the V raise? I FEEL THE BURN! I do really like the workout though, looks like took a shower with my clothes on when its over!0 -

It IS tough, but anyone who is still with this... by the time you get through level 2, you will have come far enough to handle it, I promise! I am SO much stronger now than I was when I started and I am proud of each and every one of you who has stuck with this!0
