Looks like I have to get my portion sizes under control and stop snacking on rubbish! Didn't realise just how much weight I had gained.

Ah well, it's the start of a new day (metaphorically speaking) so it can all change

    hi im Debs by the way ,yeah this is my 3rd week now doing ok ,but stuck this week but not to worried at mo but will be next week if it doesnt shift lol:smile:
