I am bumping yesterdays posting which is under Motivation Week 2 100 Pushup Challenge
The #2 rule on Bank's list was to CONTINUE in order to enjoy success?!!

Oh you're funny i am HORRIBLE at push ups!!!!!!!!! Crunches though - I can go forever on those.0

I have issues with my right rotator cuff, so pushups are a little out of my league right now. I'm still just trying to coax the muscles around it to build up so I can start building upper body strength.0

Pushups happen to be something I have always hated :grumble:
I can't wait until I get stronger and I can say that doing them is not something I dread. :explode:
Imagine doing 100 of the thing you hate the most...with tremendous strength and ease. :bigsmile:
I wonder if overcoming this will build my confidence :glasses: and make me not dread them forever?!

Hmmm, I hadn't considered that I might not hate them so much if I got better at them. I'm not sure if that is true or not. I guess I'll find out.0 -

I think I'll have to give it a shot. :laugh:
I'll do my initial test tomorrow, and then probably start week 1 on Monday. I fully expect to only be able to do ONE good form pushup - so I might have to start with the alternative (knee) style.
This is gonna be hard. :sad:0
