HIT cardio?

    I do it on the elliptical - 5 minute warm up - then 30 seconds at high intensity (I calculate by Metz - so I push to about 14), then 30 seconds rest - 5x - then 5 minutes moderate steady pace (Metz @ 10) - I do this 3x for a total of 30 minutes or so.

    I do HIIT about 3 times a week. I do Turbo Fire and sometimes Insanity.
    It has definitely helped me lower my body fat! That's about all the caridio that I do nowadays!

    YES! It absolutely works!! You burn about 9 times MORE fat than doing a regular cardio workout (clinically proven). I personally like to do Turbo Fire or Turbo Jam's Fat Blaster workout (they are so much fun and the music is awesome) right now I'm doing ChaLean Extreme which is mostly strength training but she has a couple of Interval training cardio workouts that KICK MY BUTT. This is, of course, MY personal preference but you can do it with anything, walking, running, jogging, eliptical....ANYTHING. Hope this helped!! =)
