Stomach

Hello, I've been here for 85 days and have lost 27lbs which is more than my original goal of 15...YAY!
My question is about my stomach. Since doing a low calorie and as a result a low fat diet I have been getting stomach aches every day, and most days the poops (sorry not to get gross).
I don't know what I am doing most of the time. I eat my calories, I do allow myself a treat or two each day, but my stomach and digestive system just keeps getting worse. I have a history of stomach related things (had an ulcer that was bleeding 7-8 years ago at the age of 21) but nothing in the last few years.
Anyone else having these issues?:embarassed:

Hello
Have you talked to your Dr. Before you started dieting. I think you should go see your Dr. Hope everything goes well.0 -
this will sound crazy but fiber!! Metamucil actually and it is gross but it has a "bulking" agent in it that if you take it reguarly (2 tblespoons once a day).. that will more than likely balance you right out.0

Ongoing digestive issues should be brought to a doctor. It may be something as simple as needing to change your carb/protein/fat balance or up your fiber. However it could be a sign of something else, too. Some trainers would suggest a detox but honestly, I wouldn't fool around. Go see a doc and make sure you're doing what's best for your body.
Congrats on reaching (and exceeding) your goal!0 -
hard to say without seeing your diary0
