What about Calisthenics since it includes vigorous - push ups, sit-ups, etc.????????

That is difficult...divide the amount of time you think is for cardio and then strength. Under cardio go for "high impact aerobics" if that is what it is or "low impact" then go to strength and find push ups, crunches, etc and then your time! See if that works.

20 minutes circuit. 5 minutes mild stretching.

The things I've read say that for a 150 lb woman it burns about 503 per hour (or about 168 for 20 mins), but that doesn't help those of us that weigh more than 150 lbs.

I logged it as high impact aerobics, but now that someone has mentioned it, Calisthenics is probably a more accurate description than high impact aerobics. For my weight, logging it as a high impact aerobic burns 233 calories while logging it as Calisthenics burns 268 calories and Circuit Training burns 266. So whether I log it as calisthenics or cricuit trainingthey are close together, but high impact aerobics like i did last night rips ya off!!!
