protein "meal replacement" bars

so i go on these trips with my team, and our coach takes us to the GREASIEST places to eat like mcdonalds and every burger joint. gaining 10 pounds on these trips is inevitable. I bought 3 "oh Yeah!" meal replacement bars for the trip to eat instead and a multivitamin... thoughts? opinions? results? shoot!

    I like them! They're really good if you want a quick meal. I wouldn't eat them all day though. Maybe 1 or 2.
