Hey mfp's!!! I tried a new class today called Zumba tone. Basically we used dumbells and a weight stick throughout the first hour of the workout. It was a lot of arm toning. Towards the end she incorporated a little bit of zumba. Does this type of workout qualify as strength training?? At least for the upper body? Would love some feedback. Thanks!
