I bought the wii fit a few days back and started doing good on it. Well, until I ran too long on the wood floor barefoot. I am so MAD!! I finally got focused again, started eating right, doing cardio and strength training and WHAM, I can't barely do anything! Anybody have any advice how to get over this injury like NOW???? Pease send your thoughts!!:frown:
P.S. Make sure you wear your running shoes if your running w/ your wii fit game!!

You don't say what kind of injury you sustained so I'm going to assume that you either bruised the balls of you feet and heels. If this is a good guess then there's not much you can do but immediately after noticing the pain put ice on these areas to get the swelling down and then keep warm compresses on them to speed up the blood flow to help heal these area. I usually take Advil to help with my muscle aches and pains as well but some ibuprofen based over the counter meds aren't meant for everyone.0

OOPS... yeah it's my heel, Pain is heading up my ankel. If i maintain it w/ motrin and keep it wrapped you think it would be ok if i got out there and tryed to run? When will i know when it's ready to if not?0

I think I would first apply the hot / cold compresses like I said earlier and if the pain doesn't start to subside in a couple of days or gets worse contact your doctor.0
